I am going to make my 1st blog entry talking about a fruit we all love! I hope you enjoy the things I blog about.. subscribe to my blog so you will know when I make other entries on the blog! 
So.. What is your take on Banana's?  Did you think because they are fruit that they are okay to have when doing  Low-Carb living? Well they aren't all that great when it comes to that. One small banana has your whole Carb daily serving goal.. So I would say they are definitely a No No!  
If you eat them for the potassium the look to other food options to find your potassium. Maybe zucchini. It  has much fewer calories and double the potassium.
