HERE IS THE INFORMATION COMPARED TO SOME SNACKS YOU MIGHT NOT CONSIDER SO HEALTHY 
                        
NOW ABOVE YOU CAN SEE THE KASHI GRANOLA BAR AND THE NUTRI-GRAIN FRUIT FUSION BAR EACH HAVE 26 GRAMS OF CARBOHYDRATES.ONE HAS 6 GRAMS OF PROTEIN AND THE OTHER HAS 2 GRAMS OF PROTEIN.. THAT IS VERY HIGH CARBS AND VERY LOW PROTEIN AND THE SUGAR COUNT YOU CAN SEE IS 10 GRAMS AND 13 GRAMS ..THAT IS A LOT OF SUGAR FOR A LITTLE BITTY BREAKFAST BAR OR SNACK BAR.. RIGHT?

NOW LETS LOOK AT SOME OTHER SNACKS 

THIS IS THE LABEL FROM A HERSEY'S COOKIES AND CREAM CANDY BAR.
YOU WILL SEE BELOW THE SUGAR IS 9 GRAMS AND THE CARB COUNT IS 11 GRAMS
VERY INTERESTING THAT THE SUGAR AND CARBS  ARE WAY HIGHER IN THE THINGS THAT YOU THOUGHT WERE GOOD FOR YOU ... READING LABELS CAN GIVE YOU A RUDE AWAKING ABOUT WHAT YOU THOUGHT BEFORE,
I ALSO INCLUDED THE INFORMATION FROM A PAYDAY CANDY BAR IT IS EVEN LESS ONLY 6 GRAMS OF CARBS 4 GRAMS OF SUGAR  AND IT HAS 2 GRAMS OF PROTEIN BECAUSE OF THE PEANUTS 
                     
I'M NOT SAYING HAVE A CANDY BAR INSTEAD. THIS IS JUST A COMPARISON FOR YOU. I'M SAYING YOU SHOULD LOOK AT LABELS. WHAT YOU THINK IS GOOD MIGHT NOT BE.

KEEP NUTS, BLUEBERRIES, GREEK YOGURT ,STRAWBERRIES ,CHEESE ,LUNCH MEATS LIKE HAM AND TURKEY THAT YOU CAN MAKE ROLL UPS OUT OF. THESE ARE GREAT  TO HAVE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY NEED TO EAT FAST... SLIM JIM'S, PICKLES, SLICED CUCUMBERS AND TOMATOES. PUT THEM IN ITALIAN DRESSING IN THE FRIDGE.. FOR BREAKFAST YOU CAN MAKE MUFFIN SIZED OMELETS WITH SAUSAGE EGG HAM OR BACON WORKS TOO.
